Come and discover our magnificent bright duplex, combining the charm of the old and the modern, with a rare 180° view. Located in the center of Neuilly Plaisance, close to the banks of the Marne and a stone's throw from Paris and Disneyland, this apartment is perfect for those who want to enjoy the capital while enjoying a pied-à-terre, offering calm and corners of nature.
This apartment can accommodate up to 4-6 people (6-7 from December 15th), it is located on the 4th floor and is well equipped.
You will be able to enjoy a quiet, modern and very bright accommodation in a small secure residence. You will surely appreciate the large living room, more than 25m2 atypical and which leaves no one indifferent. Whether for a family or business stay.
Access:
- DISNEY (25min RER A) and PARIS (15 min RER A)
- 12min walk (through a garden path) from the RER A Neuilly-Plaisance.
- Walk on the banks of the Marne 15 minutes on foot.
Amenities:
The building is in the very center, there are less than 200m away:
- Intermarché, Picard, laundry, tobacconist, food shops and restaurants, etc...
- Free parking and always easy to find spaces
The apartment is composed of:
On the first floor:
- a fitted kitchen open to the living room with its solid wood bar
(hob, oven, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, fridge and everything you need to cook as if you were at home...)
- a large bright living room with its atypical decoration a mix of modernity and old.
- a large, quiet bedroom with plenty of storage space.
- a toilet.
Under the roof:
- a main room with a double bed area and an office area.
- a small bedroom with a child's bed and plenty of storage space. (Possibility of adding a double inflatable mattress if 6 adults).

To welcome you in real comfort, the beds will be made.
The apartment is equipped with heaters in each room.
For your safety, 2 smoke detectors are installed.

It should be noted that in the home, no type of event, private, professional or family, can be organized to respect the tranquility of the residence and the neighbors.

Guests will have access to the entire accommodation without restriction. All storage space can be used.
