That’s why you should know that after every stay, the doorknobs are disinfected, the bathrooms are thoroughly cleaned from top to bottom with disinfectant, and the linens are washed with hydrogen peroxide and dried in the dryer to ensure impeccable cleanliness. The comforters are washed after every stay, and much more.

The apartment is located in Seine-Saint-Denis, where the 2024 Olympic Games will take place. The Olympic torch will pass through Neuilly-sur-Marne, just 2 minutes from the accommodation.
Future guests have access to the entire apartment. We offer a meal service for the first night; vegetarian options are also available. Please contact us for more information. You can also order a breakfast basket for the next morning for 11 euros per person. All check-ins take place between 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM.
For check-ins between 7:00 PM and 11:00 PM, a 25-euro surcharge applies. Check-in is handled remotely by an external service provider. After 11:00 p.m., a fee of 40 euros will be charged, payable on-site or via the Vrbo link. If you would like to be greeted by a staff member, a fee of 70 euros will be charged, and someone will be waiting for you.
For a late checkout (until 12:00 p.m. at the latest), you can request this for an additional fee of 30 euros (please notify us 24 hours in advance).
For arrivals after 10:00 a.m. (if possible), a fee of 80 euros will be charged.
Arrivals after 12:00 p.m. cost 60 euros.

The property and location was good, getting into Paris by public transport or rideshare was easy, but depending on where in Paris you wanted to go it was a 30-45 minute commute. The flat was nice and clean, but one drawback was that it only had 1 toilet, which was totally seperate from the 2 bathrooms. This was a bit challenging for a party if 6, but we made it work.Nice place overall, and great if you don't wan to be in the center of Paris.

We arrived at a very busy time of day and had some trouble figuring out how to find the correct entrance but this was my fault as I was looking for parking lot address and not the actual gate at apartment but called Hassan who stayed on the phone with me until I was actually up the elevator and into the apartment. Apartment was clean and had everything we needed and even had several cell phone chargers in locations where you would naturally tend to grab for them. Bedding clean and comfortable. We only cooked breakfast in the kitchen but it has everything we needed. TVs had capability for all streaming services and we were able to watch movies on large sofa in evenings after long days walking around Paris. The neighborhood did take about 50-60 mins to get to downtown Paris by car or by bus/train. We ended up using a private chauffeur for 60 euros one way because it was just easier with 6 of us than to navigate the metro/rer/buses… which we did do on the first day and thankfully a kind French man helped get us tickets on bus and helped at the RER also even though he spoke little English. We found most people to be very helpful and friendly. Markets are close by for bread and eggs and coffees. Veronique was kind enough to allow us to stay late so that we did not have to sit in the airport for 3 extra hours. Thank you for your kindness and we hope to see you again!

It was fabulous!! Perfect size for parents and 2 other children adults. They thought of everything. The kitchen was well stocked, they had charging cords to fit every phone, and they were very communicative and helpful. The area is a little far from Paris Centre but once you figure out the transit (which they helped with), then you are grateful you are staying there. Felt very safe even walking at night. Highly recommend!!!

We spent a week in Paris, including 2 days at Disneyland. Both to the city and to the park, the connection is very good.
We have been welcomed personally and very warmly. The communication with the owner was very easy and friendly. The apartment is very large and well equipped. We would recommend it every time.
