This gorgeous ground floor unit at Golf Colony Resort offers a stunning patio overlooking the pristine pool area, full kitchen with modern appliances, and an open floor plan that's perfect for entertaining. The Space:
The primary bedroom has a queen bed, 40" smart tv, walk in closet and private en suite bath with hallway access. The 2nd bedroom also has a queen bed and 35" smart tv with a private bath including a stand up shower. The kitchen is fully stocked for any home cooked meals with a dining table for 4 and 4 additional bar stools at the kitchen peninsula. Comfortably appointed furniture and a 55" Smart TV make the living room very comfortable for 4. There is a beautiful screened porch overlooking the pool deck which contains grills and smokers and outdoor dining areas both poolside and grill side.

Keypad lock entry provided 24 hours in advance of reservation
The Neighborhood:
Golf Colony Deerfield is an ideally located, quiet and comfortable resort in the heart of Surfside Beach and very close to so many great options. Just 1.5 miles from the closest Surfside Beach access, you will be almost anywhere on the South Strand in under 15 minutes! Getting Around:
Just 15 minutes from the Myrtle Beach International Airport. Uber will get you to the property for about $20-25. You can rent a gas powered golf cart to get around during your stay if you don't plan on going super far and there is access to get to amenities and the beach by golf cart during the day. Please no electric carts as there aren't charging stations.
Other Things to Note:
We provide you with linens for all beds in the home as well as bath towels, hand towels and wash cloths for your stay. Additionally, there will be a roll of paper towels, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, hand and dish soaps and 2 laundry and dish pods. All of this is included with the "cleaning fee". You will want to bring pool/beach towels for your stay and we recommend renting beach umbrellas and chairs locally to make your stay even more enjoyable.

We are available if needed for any questions, concerns or local recommendations, but will allow guests their space as well.

My wife and I came down to SC for three days to spend time with our friends, and we were desperately hoping we’d get lucky with our VRBO. Said luck landed in our laps, and then some! We’re more than fortunate to have stumbled across this gem of a property! It’s a no brainer that we’ll come back. This surprisingly spacious 925 sq/ft unit is nestled within a quiet, safe-feeling, sequestered neighborhood at Golf Colony Resort. We easily entered the space via keyless entry using a code that the owner provided us. This is a very cute, clean & well-designed condo within 20min of Myrtle, that accommodated all we needed and wanted. The AC was delightfully powerful, the living room/entertainment space was roomy, the Wifi was adequate, there are several smart TV’s primed and ready for whatever streaming service of choice we had, a parking space was reserved for us, and we had full access to a pool right out back. We’ve stayed at nearly two dozen VRBO’s over the last decade and this diamond in the rough certainly tops our list!
