Enjoy a private backyard, shared pool area, and a quiet, family-friendly atmosphere perfect for relaxing and making memories. Guests have access to a wide range of community amenties to suit all ages (access to certain amenties may come at an additional cost).
Inside our villa, you`ll find thoughtfully designed spaces to ensure your utmost comfort. The master bedroom is a haven of tranquility, featuring a sumptuous king-size bed and a large floor-to-ceiling closet for ample storage. The ensuite bathroom adds a touch of luxury, and if you enjoy fresh air, you`ll love the patio doors leading to a relaxing outdoor space.
The second bedroom is perfect for families or groups of friends, offering two full-size beds, floor-to-ceiling closets, plenty of open space to enjoy.
Whether you`re lounging in the living area, enjoying a meal in the dinning space, or preparing a snack in the fully-equipped kitchen, you`ll appreciate the attention to detail and the cozy ambiance. The villa is designed to be your home away from home, where you can relax and create cherished memories with loved ones.
Additionally, all bedrooms and the living room are equipped with air conditioning and ceiling fans, ensuring your comfort no matter the weather.
Guests have access to all outdoor pools, children`s play areas and walking trails within the gated complex areas.

Use of waterparks and gym are at additional costs
Guests can contact us directly through their guest group chat for quick assistance. Please note that phone calls are not recommended, as cellular reception in the area can be unreliable, especially when Wi-Fi is not available.
Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the property and near open doors. Smoking and vaping are permitted only in designated outdoor areas. Please keep doors and windows closed while smoking or vaping to prevent smoke from entering the property.
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please keep noise levels to a minimum during these hours out of respect for our neighbours. Sosúa Ocean Village may issue fines for noise violations. If a noise violation occurs during your stay, a $100 USD fee per violation will be charged to the guest.
Parties, events, and large gatherings are not permitted. The property is intended for peaceful stays, and disruptive behaviour may result in removal from the property.
Please be considerate of our neighbours at all times and keep noise at a reasonable level, particularly during the evening and early morning.
We appreciate your help in conserving energy and reducing unnecessary electricity use. Please turn off air conditioners when leaving the property and when rooms are not being used. When using the air conditioning, please keep doors and windows closed. These small steps help reduce energy consumption and are better for the environment.
At checkout, please place all garbage in the designated garbage bins outside the property and ensure all lights and air conditioners are turned off before departing.
Check out is at 10:00 AM. Late checkouts must be approved in advance and may incur an additional charge.
