This 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom apartment is located in Sosua (Puerto Plata province - Dominican Republic), with a size of approximately 3000 sqf. The residence has a shared pool, is right on the beach and is steps from all amenities (restaurants, shops, clubs, bars etc.)

My family of 5 stayed for two weeks at this condo and it felt like home. Very clean and modern, right on the beach with shops and restaurants within walking distance. We would not hesitate to go this route again for a family vacation and everyone we dealt with was excellent in responding promptly and making sure our needs were met.

The place is as it says luxury! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The cable had issues but we don't watch much TV anyway. We were a little disappointed that there was not a microwave but the owners are trying to accomodate the health issues that seem to be being reported on microwave usage. The manager was a delight to work with and took care of every little problem that arose quickly.

A lovely property. Spacious and wonderful ocean views from both balconies. The unit is very spacious so would be great for 2 or 3 couples. TV in living room was very large and lots of English channels. Would have been great to have a second TV in the Master Bedroom.
There is no beach so the information in the listing should be updated. The beaches are also not within walking distance.
We were a $6.00 cab ride to all restaurants and grocery stores. Listing mentioned MINUTES.... at least 30 minutes walking.
Pool is beautiful. Security was great and we felt very safe.
