This property was perfect for our needs. It is centrally located between CR, Marion and Hiawatha which is exactly what we needed. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. The home is older so there are expected quirks. This included a slight draft coming through the windows - the property manager responded quickly and helpfully when we asked that the thermostat be turned up above 70 (their is a lock on the smart thermostat). We live in a warmer weather state so we noticed the Iowa chill (we visited at the end of October). All in all, we will definitely consider this property for any future visits as any pros definitely outweighed the cons.

Our host was available immediately, any time we needed something, and he clearly went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay! I loved having ceiling fans in the bedrooms and the living room!! It was so nice having driveway parking, the space was perfect for me and my daughter, having the ability to do laundry is ideal, as well as being able to make meals while visiting my daughter at college! The location was amazing for everything we wanted to do! I am already planning my next stay in a couple months!
