About this house rental
We are pet friendly, (2dog maximum) $100. for the first dog, $50. additional dog. Fees will be added after booking.
This lovely 2 bedroom/2 bath home is located on over 2.5 acres in the desirable mid-valley. We are a 5 minute drive to Hailey and 10 minutes to Ketchum. The home is comfortably stocked and spacious. With a lovely open floor plan, large kitchen, patio and great access to the outdoors, it is perfect place for an intimate group of family or friends to get together.
What you will love about this property is the comfortable living room which is focused on a cut-rock fireplace and the vast windows which overlook a patio and the creek. Vaulted ceilings impart a feeling of spaciousness unusual in a 2-bedroom home. The well-equipped kitchen has a bar-style table with seating for 6 and the open floor plan ensures that those working in the kitchen stay connected with the action. The master bedroom has an ensuite bath featuring marble and a jetted soaker tub. Both bedrooms have queen beds.
Outside is a wonderland of what the Wood River Valley offers. We are on 2+ acres of land located on a seasonal creek which usually runs April through October (it has sweet little trout - please get a permit before fishing). There are several lawn areas appropriate for badminton, volleyball, a happy game of "toss" or just running around.

Nice location for a ski trip at Sun Valley. Very comfortable. The driveway entrance is a little tricky with traffic but the host provides very helpful instructions.

Had the main house plus this guest house for BMT race group. The only issue was the guest house kitchen needs to be gone through for dishes, utensils, etc. Also there is no ventilation for the gas cooktop!!!!

Great place for families wanting to enjoy sun valley area. Allows dogs, big park like yard, nice and private.
