About this house rental
This house is located in the historical district of Hailey, about 10 miles from the Sun Valley Resort. The exterior of the house follows the bungalow style of the district, yet the windows, doors and interior are designed in a open, arts & crafts style.
The house has a cottage-style garden with flagstone walkways, shady/grassy areas for play, and mature conifers and huge, majestic deciduous trees. The yard is fully fenced for your fido. The living room and kitchen are very 'open plan' and provide a nice gathering place. There is a river-rock fireplace, and HDTV with surround sound in the living room, with Roku box for streaming movies and television.
The master bedroom is located on the second floor with a queen bed. It has an ensuite bathroom with both a shower stall and a separate, large soaking tub that accommodates two people. Guest bedroom #1 is also located on the second floor, with a full-size bed and its own full ensuite bathroom. Guest bedroom #2 is downstairs, and has a queen bed, using the full downstairs bathroom (which is not ensuite).
The kitchen has a stainless steel island that has three counter stools for conversation while cooking. The dining table seats six without the extension leaves, or twelve with the two extension leaves and two benches. There are kitchen dishes, serving platters and flatware for twelve.
The amenities and businesses of Hailey are within short walking distance.
Sun Valley Resort and the town of Ketchum are about 20 minutes drive to the north.

Greg and Shelley's place was absolutely perfect. Their home was clean and comfortable. The fenced yard was bigger than we had anticipated and was a dream for our GSD who occasionally travels with us. Kids also enjoyed walking into town to visit Jane's Artifacts while grabbing some ice cream for the walk home. It really was the perfect spot.
