Hailey Haus offers the perfect relaxing, welcoming home with an ideal layout and loads of natural light as well as cable TV, streaming, wireless internet, central AC and modern appliances, including a washer/dryer. Hailey Haus truly is the ideal vacation home just waiting for you to make unforgettable memories in Idaho’s beautiful Wood River Valley.

Fitness room and Theater are available through Sweetwater HOA but have a $50 orientation fee per reservation.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The main room was great to hang out and prepare food. Plenty of room when all 10 of us were there. Lots of seating for food and games. We will for sure look for it the next time we need lodging in the Hailey area.

The property is very nice and clean. Absolutely lovely—I’d love to live there. The only downside is that there’s a lot of stairs but it’s still a fantastic property.

We loved our stay at the Hailey Haus! Everything felt so new, clean and crisp. It had everything we could have needed or wanted. The pool and community space was amazing! We’d definitely stay here again!
