About this house rental
Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located, well appointed 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom house. It's 5 minutes drive to the city and Stadium, 10 minutes to the beach. Located just a block away from convenience stores, takeaway shops and a pub, you'll have everything you need at your doorstep. A larger shopping centre with a supermarket is a quick drive or taxi ride away. This home away from home is comfort and convenience all rolled into one.
Guest access:
You have the whole house to yourself. There is a small yard with grass and a concrete driveway to park in. This house is set back from the road, behind another house, so has no street frontage, just a lovely private space. You will not have access to the garage during your stay.
Other things to note:
Please do not smoke or vape inside the house.
Strictly no pets. Whilst we are certain your furry friend is a very polite guest, we have severe allergies to animals, and can't have them stay in the house.
This is a peaceful family neighbourhood, and you are set well back from the road. Everything you need for your daily life is nearby.
You'll get a suburban feel, while still being near the heart of Townsville.
There is a beautiful playground with a barbecue and picnic table in the area.
The train tracks are nearby and you can hear them occasionally, particularly in the cooler months when sound travels further.
Getting around
You can walk to the nearby shops, playground and the pub.
The CBD, Queensland Country bank stadium and the award winning Strand beach are a very short drive, taxi or Uber ride away.
There is a public bus available in the neighbourhood as well. Please look up "Translink" Townsville for maps and timetables

Easy access. Very liveable. Home functions well. It would be nice if the other bedrooms had aircon but we didn’t really need it as it wasn’t summer when we stayed. Overall would stay again.

Spotlessly clean and comfortable house. Dan and Lisa are responsive and accommodating hosts. Check out nearby Mel's pies & pastries. Close to railway track and within 10 drive to Fairfield shopping centre and CBD.

There for work. Had some difficulties uploading out identification through the system but we got there in the end. Place was suitable for our time working away from home. Teen was impressed as he slept on A bed that was identical to his ornate timber bed at home. Good taste. Hahaha
