*Kitchen is fully equipped with all basics. *Sleeps up to 6 guests.

*2 bedroom/1 bathroom unit with queen and 2 twin beds and pullout sofa.
*Can sleep up to 6 guests
* washer/dryer available (laundry room shared with 2 other units on the premisses)
* Free WiFi and cable TV available in the living room.
*Pets are allowed with pet fee. Please contact for details.
*Beach items are not included due to damage/loss of these items.
*Towels are provided for showers only.
*Linens for each bed are provided.

Parking is free (2 spots available)
You have access to the entire villa and all the common spaces and amenities.
Other Things to Note:
*PET OWNERS: Only fully trained pets are allowed with a pet fee but must be pre-approved by the host. Please don't forget to mention if you're bringing any pets with you. Due to the fact that some guests have allergies, pets are not allowed on beds and furniture and must be caged when you're not home. In case of finding any evidence that pets were on the beds, blankets, or furniture, the guests will be charged for additional cleaning fee. Please contact me for details.
*Owners are not on the premises while guests are staying.

The home was very close to shopping and restaurant's. It was very pet friendly. The beach is very close. The whole home was very clean and decorated very nicely. The host was very responsive and thought of everything.

Pros: great location, walked to the beach 1 block away, restaurants 10 min walk, great area for walking in general. Close to every activity available. Kitchen was decently equipped. Nice to have this home base. Con: mainly that the bathroom needs rehabbing (very old, small sink, tub is unsightly), the AC units are window units that are on the loud side, and the screened in patio was not dusted and screens were broken. Couch is also dirty, we used our own blanket from home to cover it.
