The top floor retreat is set in a boutique complex of five apartments, featuring open plan living with light-filled spaces that are perfect for relaxing and entertaining. Guests can cook meals at home and dine alfresco on the comfortably furnished balcony, enjoying stunning views and cooling breezes.
Whether you're travelling with friends or family, this spacious, three-bedroom apartment offers a comfortable and carefree stay while you explore the city. Open plan living and all the modern conveniences will make you feel right at home, while guests can also enjoy the proximity to shops, eateries and attractions.
When you're not out and about discovering local cafes and restaurants, cook up meals in the well-equipped kitchen, which has all the essentials needed including a fridge, oven, stove, microwave, as well as other basics such as pots, pans and utensils. Dine at the six-seater table or settle in on the lounge with a movie.
Further seating options on the private balcony include comfy sofas and an eight-seater dining table. Fire up the BBQ and eat alfresco while you enjoy panoramic views overlooking Taringa, you'll also find a hammock where you can spend a leisurely afternoon with a book while you enjoy the breeze. The balcony features an electric roof, giving you the option of lounging in the shade or letting the sun in.
Three bedrooms sleep six guests. The master bedroom features a king bed and an ensuite as well as direct access to the balcony. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, and the third bedroom has a double bed. In the main bathroom, you'll find a walk-in shower as well as all the essentials including soap, shampoo, conditioner and a hairdryer.
Other conveniences include a dedicated workspace in the TV room, games and dvd's ,Wi-Fi, air-conditioning, secure parking for one car on the premises, and laundry facilities including a washing machine.
During your stay, you and your group will have the entire apartment to yourself. Please make yourself at home!
Mt Coot-Tha is less than 10 minutes' drive, where you can take in panoramic views of Brisbane and glimpses of Moreton Bay, and discover a range of bushwalking trails. Pack a picnic and explore the Brisbane Botanic Gardens, located at the foot of the mountain.
The University of Queensland is conveniently located a 25-minute walk away, or a few minutes' drive, while St Lucia Golf Links and Indooroopilly Golf Course are both within easy reach for those wanting to book a lesson or play a round.
Toowong Village is a 5 minute drive, where you'll find all the amenities including supermarkets, chemists, banks and specialty stores. Toowong Station is also located here, while Taringa Station and bus stops servicing the city are all within a 10-minute walk of the apartment.

Great veranda and aircon and bathroom unfortunately the water pressure is really low and no dryer but loads of room.
