The location was a bit steep

It is a large, top equipped apartment with a huge outside space. Equipment is close to perfect. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, washing machine (no dryer), dishwasher, induction cooker, outside grill, hammock, two TVs, great lighting concept. Parking garage within the building. When there was an issue with the WIFI it could be solved within a day.

Location was great for us, but generally it's quite remote to the activity-centres of Brisbane. Self check-in and check-out was easy, but with a high risk of being fined! We were told to keep records of every single step, and to upload the documentary via booking.com, which failed, since booking.com didn't offer such a service; so we were in panic of getting charged, though we fulfilled all requirements. There are 47 steps to reach the flat from the garage, so it's not recommended for handicapped. In most of the various regulations (e. g. the second key had to remain within the apartment; so what is it for?) was a rule with the thread of being charged for every misbehaviour: you will be fined, if you leave a spot on the linens or if you mistakenly lose a key or broke a glass or you don't leave the flat properly. Considering such a high rate it could be handled a little more generous. Though we spent more than 3 week there, there was no option of changing linens or towels; we were recommended to wash them by ourselves! But there were only a few (~5) cockroaches, mainly in the bathroom.
