The trendy inner-city suburb of Richmond blends an industrial heritage with a dynamic food scene, venerable music venues and old-school pubs. It has a strong cultural and creative spirit with galleries, homeware and design stores. Today Richmond is regarded as one of Melbourne’s most vibrant and sought-out neighbourhoods.
The apartment block backs on to Burnley Park where you can enjoy a picnic in a green space and even catch a music event. By crossing Yarra Boulevard, you will be on the river and the Main Yarra Trail for a scenic bike and walking track.
