3-bedroom/1-bath Single Story House *AND* 2-bedroom/1-bath adjoining House. Perfect for multi-generational families, friend group vacays, and colleagues. TWO HOMES, ONE LISTING! Just 10-min to downtown Tampa, 1/2 mile from I-275 & a short drive to Tampa’s top attractions. Close to Tampa International Airport. Walk to popular restaurants, breweries/bars, ice cream shops, a playground, and only 2 mins from ZooTampa.
Sleeps up to 10 in Home 1 and 7 in Home 2 (up to 17 total).
The space
Beautifully decorated with neutral colors and lots of natural light. This home is set on a corner lot in a quiet residential neighborhood. Tall privacy fences and a fully gated backyard allow for a relaxing retreat.

Both homes feature multiple entertainment options: TVs with streaming apps, board games, an air hockey table, a roll and score game, Pac-Man and Paw Patrol arcade games, a jumbo tic tac toe game, outdoor yard games (4 in a Row/Connect-4 and Jenga), and cozy, reading nooks in the bunk bed rooms.

Home 1:
There are 3 bedrooms in Home 1. Room 1 has a King bed, Room 2 has a Queen bed, Room 3 has a quad bunk (sleeps 4), and there is a Queen size pull out sofa bed in the living room. There is a large dining room table that can seat 7 comfortably and has room for more. The kitchen is fully stocked. There is a desk providing a dedicated work space. Full size washer and dryer can be accessed in a separate room at the rear of the house. Bathroom is furnished with plenty of fresh towels and toiletries.
Home 2:
There are 2 bedrooms in Home 2. Room 4 has a Full bed, Room 5 has a bunk with additional trundle (sleeps 3), and there is a Queen size pull out sofa bed in the living room. There is a dining table with seating for 5 that doubles as an air hockey table. There is additional bar stool seating as well that can seat up to 6. The kitchen is fully stocked. There is a desk providing a dedicated work space. Full size washer and dryer can be accessed in the home. Bathroom is furnished with plenty of fresh towels and toiletries. Outside there is a beautiful bistro dining set and access to the yard games.
Travelers with Young Children:
We have a Pack ‘n Play, high chair, and booster chair we can set up on request, and plastic plates and cups in the kitchen. We will also leave out a basket with outlet covers for your use if you wish.
Guest access
Access to these homes in its entirety so you will have privacy inside and outside to both homes. There are smart locks on both homes and guests will receive a code for entry.
Other things to note
The home is regularly treated to prevent bugs from entering the home. However with our tropical location leaving doors and windows open or leaving food around can invite palmetto bugs, lizards and other bugs inside.

The property is in a great location and is perfect for anyone coming to Tampa and wanting to be close to attractions such a Busch Gardens. Host has great communication and I appreciate her accommodating my early check in request.

The vacation rental was clean, cozy, and the neighborhood quiet and centrally located to everything you will need.
The kids enjoyed the games In the house. The guys enjoyed the separate quarters from the house. It was the man cave. Lol
Their sofas, beds were so comfortable.
The owners really take care of their property
We will most definitely rent again, if we are ever in Tampa again.
