Beautiful vacation rental at the much-desired Inlet Condos. Located on the North end of the island, right near the nature preserve and inlet. This 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo has everything you need! The master bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV and walk-in shower in the ensuite. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a flat-screen TV. The extra bathroom has a tub/shower combo, and there is a washer & dryer in the unit. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite counters
Enjoy all New Smyrna has to offer including shopping and dining, kayak and paddle board tours, Art galleries, The Marine Discover Center, the New Smyrna Beach Museum, Sugar Mill Ruins, and the Eldora House at the Canaveral National Seashore, inshore and offshore fishing, surfing, golf courses, The Canaveral National Seashore, it also features one of the longest stretches of pristine beaches in the United States. New Smyrna is also just miles from all the major attractions ... Disney, Universal, Sea World, Magic Kingdom, Hollywood Studios, Animal Kingdom, Legoland, Epcot, and Historic St. Augustine to name some.
There is a screen-enclosed patio with outdoor furniture for your relaxing enjoyment.
The Inlet Condo amenities include a tennis court, pool, BBQ grills, open-air patio, kayak launch, and boat docks. There is also a dedicated beach walk-over at Minorca you are able to use to get to the beach.
This Condo HOA requires a 30 day minimum stay - during season (January thru April) there is a restriction to book the 1st of the month only. Please feel free to email me with any questions regarding the restrictions.
