Two comfortable one-bedroom apartments located in highly desirable Pleasant Ridge. It is perfect for a solo traveler or a couple looking for a cozy stay. The apartments are equipped with all the necessary amenities to make your stay comfortable and convenient.
Conveniently located near Hyde Park, Oakley, and Kenwood with quick access to I-71 and the Norwood Lateral. Minutes from Downtown Cincinnati by car or bus.

Pleasant Ridge is a vibrant, walkable neighborhood in Cincinnati, Ohio that features a near-even split of homeowners and renters, award-winning parks, and a lively mix of independent businesses. Parking is available for free on the street. We do not offer off-street parking and must keep the driveway clear so that residents can have access to the rear.

After entering your unique code into the digital smart lock, you'll walk into the living room with a sofa and an HD TV.
The fully furnished kitchen comes next with ample cabinet storage, gas range, refrigerator, and microwave.
At the back of the apartment is the bedroom, furnished with a pillow top queen size bed.
High speed 600Mbps Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire apartment.
The apartment is heated by radiator heat. The temperature is regulated for the entire building, guests will not have access to a thermostat to adjust the temperature.
In the warmer months, window air conditioners help to keep the apartment comfortable.
