The backyard and dock are shared and available on a first-come, first-served basis.

The space
This newly designed, modern waterfront home features:
● Four Spacious Bedrooms: Elegant furnishings, high-quality linens, and ample storage. Wake up to serene water views in the master suite.
● Three Modern Bathrooms: Fresh towels, essential toiletries, and contemporary fixtures for convenience and comfort.
● Gourmet Kitchen: Fully equipped with top-of-the-line appliances including stove, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, and all cookware and utensils.
● Elegant Living Area: Stylish lounge with plush seating, flat-screen TV, and cozy fireplace.
● Dining Room: Large table comfortably seating your entire group.
● Hot Tub: Relax with panoramic ocean views – the perfect way to unwind.
● Shared Dock and Beach: Ideal for launching kayaks, fishing, or soaking in the waterfront ambiance. (Dock rental available at $100/night, waiver required. Boat must be insured.)
Guest access
Guests have private access to the upper portion of the home. The backyard and dock are shared spaces that all guests are welcome to enjoy on a first-come, first-served basis.
Note: There is a lower unit on the property that may be booked or occupied by other guests.
Other things to note
House Rules:
● No smoking on the property (including vaping)
● No parties or loud noises
● Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM
● Only registered guests may stay in the house
Violations may result in being asked to leave and/or fines.

This was an amazing surprise. Absolutely beautiful. The home was clean, lots of space. I think the info the host submitted did not do it justice, as we felt it was better than the pictures. The view was stunning. We were able to sit out on the deck every day with lots of wildlife and nature to observe. It was a well protected deck to keep away the wind if needed. The host/owner responded to any questions within 5 to 10 minutes. The beach view was amazing with the same view from the hot tub. It was a home that the budget said anyone could enjoy, but it felt like 1 million. The rooms were very big and the 20 to 25 foot ceilings made the home feel even bigger. TVs in every room, although we spent our time on the deck or in the hot tub to enjoy the natural view. I would highly recommend this to anyone who needs a True getaway. It was very quiet, and well worth every penny. There were 4 of us, with the oldest being 85. She said, every day, she was so happy happy happy, and that this was a great place. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to stay here Donovan.
