Welcome to my studio!
This property is centrally located to enjoy everything the city offers, and it can accommodate two people. It has multiple windows so guests can enjoy the sunlight and the outside view.
The living room is minimally furnished and well-kept, which includes a comfortable sitting area where you can relax after a long day exploring the city and a TV to watch all your favourite shows. It consists ofludes a double bed that can accommodate two people.
The open-plan kitchen includes top-of-the-range appliances, essential cookware, and cutleries to fulfil any culinary requirement and to make delicious meals.
The bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.
The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Located in the north of Portugal by the outlet of the Douro River, it has a unique atmosphere with elegant neighbourhoods and large villas sitting on narrow cobbled streets. This soulful city was classified as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1996.
Porto is just the perfect size to explore on foot. You'll enjoy wandering down its alleyways full of history and nostalgia. An evening walk along the Douro River, visiting the vibrant Mercado do Bolhão or sampling its renowned Port wine are just some of the many things you can do in this fascinating city.
The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.
The nearest station: Aliados, is just a 13-minute walk; Bus stop "Maternidade": 300 and 602.
Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 30-minute drive from the property.
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

I and my husband had wonderful stay in this cozy apartment with a great view and a nice terrace. The apartments are located close to all the famous attractions of Porto.These apartments are perfect for couples for their romantic stay.

Had an amazing time
: Great location, loads of great bars, restaurants and cafes close by. Was able to walk around the city straight from the appartment and was only half an hour to the beach on the bus. Flat was clean and comfortable (although could have done with a couple extra pillows for sleeping) and was great to have the terrace for eating out on.
During heavy rains overnight the door from the kitchen to the terrace leaked. Also would have appreciated a couple extra toilet rolls and bin bags and maybe some basic cooking supplies such as salt, staying for a week ended up having to buy a bunch of these basic things which we only used a fraction of.
