This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay)
Extra cleaning with linen: price of a cleaning fee
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax i.e when sofa bed is not included)

The accommodation was clean and nice. Check in process was smooth. The area was so central to everything (walking distance) with lots of shops around. The housekeepers were pretty much there to restock or clean if needed. Only 2 things:
1) the picture of the room made it seem like it was quite huge, however it is a bit small but you can get around.
2) if you’re a light sleeper or just cherish your sleep, be aware the walls are so thin. We didn’t sleep well due to the person staying above us making so much noise. Every footsteps she made was like she was stomping.
Otherwise, if not for the sleep disturbance, it’s a very nice place to stay.
