The large upstairs open floorplan is perfect for hosting, gathering, and relaxing. The renovated kitchen is fully equipped for cooking delicious meals. The home also features free private parking for three vehicles. Don't feel like driving? You are seconds from a free Town of Vail bus stop.

You must walk up one flight of covered stairs to get to the main entrance of the home.

1. Large area with queen bed and renovated ensuite bath.
2. Queen with ensuite bath and private patio with beautiful views.
3. Bunk room: One twin over full bunk. One twin over twin bunk. Four beds total.

Second level: Access with spiral metal staircase.
- Large open living area with beautiful views.

We recommend getting groceries at the City Market or Safeway (5-10 minute drive). The local grocery here has a limited stock and should ideally be used in a pinch.
East Vail is home to beautiful waterfalls in the summer, dramatic mountains, and snow covered couloirs in the winter. East Vail is truly perfect if you want to be immersed in nature, yet minutes from Vail Village.
