Spacious home for your entire family to enjoy. Only minutes from Rock Canyon boat ramp. Plenty of room for all of your toys so feel free to bring your camper, boat or jet skis! New to the area? Make sure you take the short drive to visit the Riverbend Hot Springs and the Golf Course!
You and your guests will enjoy the comfortable brand new mattresses and bedding in each of the bedrooms.
Master Bedroom: King size bed and fold down futon; private bathroom; 2 way fireplace; door that opens to back patio
Bedroom 2: Twin size daybed with twin size trundle; private bathroom; fireplace
Bedroom 3: Twinsize bunkbed and Full over Full bunkbed with Twin size trundle
Bedroom 4: Full size bed; sliding door that opens to back patio
Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need
Back Patio: Two large dining/lounge sets; Blackstone flat top grill; fire pit/chimineya
You will have access to the entire home and outdoor area except for garage parking and the master closet. There is plenty of outdoor parking available for several vehicles and all of your toys!
Pets of any kind are not allowed! Owners are severly allergic. If there is any evidence of pets upon your check out you will be charged a $500 deep cleaning fee!

House is amazing. Plenty of room for multiple families with kids. Kitchen is great and living room with fireplaces and sunrise views that are breathtaking. Close to the lake, parks, and alot of very cool out door activities too.

Our golf group was very comfortable in this house.
We enjoyed 2 days of golf at Sierra Del Rio golf course and soaking in the mineral waters in T or C. Great fall get-a-way.
