Built in 1857, beautifully renovated, this 4 bedroom, 2 bath home offers gas fireplace in cool weather, outdoor yard firepit conversation s'mores area, huge furnished deck, grill area, yard games. Walking paths in walnut groves, woods & farm fields. Hike the trails or around crops. Boundary on Coffee Creek. Property borders historic Mill on Coffee Creek. Peaceful property where nature abounds, turkey, eagles, fox, otters, beaver, deer and local wildlife. Hear the cranes, waterfowl, owls serenading. Rural, in established heritage farms & homes area. We offer unique personal chef services, occasion meals & meal plans with advance request! Meals prepped & delivered or prepared there. Ask for renting our night lit corn crib firepit area. So special for added unique fun, zen moments & wildlife viewing. We will book Llama trekking, lunch with Llamas & Llama encounter programs offered for guests in season & availability with our Llama farm. You may be lodging during our Llamas 101, programs and practice trail days while llamas visit.
Close to Lake Michigan Indiana Dunes National and State Park Lakeshore and beaches. On the wine/brew/distillery trail route. Near Coffee Creel, farmers markets, quaint shops, great eateries, antiques, Valparaiso University all less than 15 minutes. 13 miles to Michigan City, lighthouse, marinas, zoo, shops, outlet mall and restaurants.
