We had an excellent stay at this vacation home. The property was clean, well-maintained, and accurately represented in the listing. The host was professional, responsive, and attentive throughout our stay, which contributed to a very positive experience.Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our time at the property and would confidently recommend it to others. We came for a family reunion, and the villa was the perfect gathering place. It was comfortable, well equipped, and laid out very well for our needs. Prabahar was a wonderful host, and responded to our inquiries and requests very quickly. Highly recommend this lovely home!

Very nice home. Host very attentive, very nice. The only frustration is one that they couldn’t control. The heat in the pool doesn’t work if temperature drops below 65. Which it often does in Jan, Feb and March. It then takes a few days to bring temp of pool back up. So about 1/2 the time the pool was too cool to use. This is true for the clubhouse pool as well.

The property was clean and spacious. The only problem the host sent the door code a few hours before check in and in the area my cell service was limited and I couldn’t access the Vrbo app to get the code and that delayed check in. Also there is a leaking from the upstairs bathroom that causes water to leak on the floor in front of the sliding door going out to the pool. We had to stop using that bathroom and that was a big inconvenience. Also the bed linen in one of the room had soilage/stains and that looked yucky. The refrigerate did not chill well but the freezer worked well
