We had a very nice stay, location was perfect for catching the free Street Car around the area. Comfortable for 8 adults with plenty of room for everyone. Notes cleanliness lower due to front porch furniture missing cushions and several plumbing fixtures being loose. Both concerns were shared with the property manager and I’m confident will be addressed.

We stayed with 8 kids. Perfect location for our needs. Kids played hide and seek for hours indoors! Very clean and comfortable. The owners were very accommodating for our situation.

Our stay was for 3 nights in mid May. The property does not meet the level the host advertises it to be. Rough around the edges. Reliance on portable AC units in each bedroom was not disclosed and was unsatisfactory. The built in ice maker in the frig was broken which required that we buy and bring in ice. The lawn and backyard were mowed but just weeds with some trash not picked up. Property is priced as top tier but does not meet the standard.
