Less than 10 minutes from the Sprint Center, The Plaza, UMKC, Rockhurst, Crown Center, National WWI Museum and Memorial, Kauffman Center for the Performing Arts, and many more. Fifteen minutes to Arrowhead and Kauffman Stadium (Go Chiefs! Go Royals!)

The home is all yours. You have your own entrance and full reign of the space. You will enter the home using a door equipped with keyless entry (code provided before check in) which adds ease and flexibility to check in and check out.
You are welcome to contact us with questions through the Airbnb app should anything come up during your stay— we are not far away.. but we do not interact directly with guests unless it’s necessary. We make sure you feel like you're in your home-away-from-home, free of intrusion.
This house is a 4 min Drive from the Plaza shopping district which includes Nike, Apple, Kate Spade, North Face, Barnes & Noble, Free People, and much more.
The restaurants nearby include Capital Grill, Eddie V’s Prime Seafood, Season’s 52, and one of Kansas City’s favorite BBQ joints Fiorella’s Jack Stack, Gates BBQ, The Parlor.

Refunds For Trip-Related Issues. From time to time, things happen! And when they do, we want the opportunity to fix them immediately, so you can continue enjoying your stay. And if we can’t fix them, we want to make sure you are protected. However, in order to receive any refunds for trip-related issues that are within our control, we need to know about them when they happen. This is important if you ever have noise complaints, or something keeping you up at night in one of our properties - we want to know, and fix it right then! This gives us the opportunity to make things better, and prohibits the very few bad apples from trying to get their trip for free. (It happens.) We want you to be happy and the entire trip to be stress free and smooth. And we will responsively and promptly take care of any issues you may have.
Lost and Found Policy. Did you leave something valuable behind? We want to help! We have contracted with our cleaning services to contact the guest, and return anything that may be of value. The charge for returning lost items (that fit in a standard envelope) is $40. We DO NOT keep, and will not return left over food, alcohol, or anything that is disposable. Always do a full property sweep before you check out at 10:00 a.m.
Early Check Ins / Late Check Outs. Please contact us if we you ever need early check in or check out. Due to our cleaning company's schedule, we sometimes cannot accommodate this--however, please reach out to us and we will try to work with you regarding this matter.

The house was wonderful! It was incredibly clean and welcoming. The living area was so cozy, and it was perfect for our family Christmas. The host brought us a beautiful Christmas tree that was the cherry on top. We LOVE Kansas City, and we have stayed in many houses...this was the best!

The host was very good with communication. The house was clean and worked well with our group of 10. The house does need some work: broken floor board in the kitchen/dining room area. Several broken or cracked glasses. Limited on silverware and coffee mugs. The front of the house also needs some work!

The house itself was spacious and had plenty of room for everyone, but the surrounding area wasn’t great. If it had just been us girls staying, I would have felt a little uneasy. Several houses across the street were boarded up
