The open-concept floor plan flows seamlessly from the main living area into the chic kitchen and dining space. The home itself was nice and cute. The decor was pretty. The kitchen was equipped with all the basics. The furniture ans rugs were not too worn. The beds were not comfortable, they were Very firm. My husband fell on the back steps because a board broke! Property management quickly got that fixed. The stairs that lead upstairs have a large gap along the path, which I was constantly afraid one of my kids (or myself) were going to fall through. Seems like there should be a guardrail! We were very sad to have to evacuate half was through our stay. The kids were so disappointed. We have not yet heard back from the company to see if we will be reimbursed for the second half of the stay. The house is a nice little place if you don’t have small kids, don’t mind a lot of stairs, and don’t need any coverage over you on the balcony. Bit of a hike over the dunes to the beach, too.

Living and kitchen area are nice and spacious. The high dunes obstruct most of the ocean view from the main level of the house. There is a nice ocean view from the deck off of the upstairs bedroom. The deck needs to be redone, it is old and weathered. One board broke off of the stairs one of our family members was walking down. Luckily he was able to catch himself and not fall. We notified the realty company and they did send someone to repair. The private path to the beach is very steep but there is a public access right next to the house which allowed our older family members to access the beach. We had a great weekend but know that even though it is ocean front there is not a great ocean view and the deck and stairs need some work.
