The rental house was great, perfect size for all 8 of us women. Just the right number of bathrooms. The living area was huge, kitchen was the best stocked kitchen I've had staying in a rental. Beach access was very close by, easy walk, at least until you got to the dune, it was a little hill with thick sand to get through, but we did find another handicap access that was very close by. I would recommend this rental to a big family.

Overall the property is very nice. A beautiful view, quiet street and huge living and kitchen area which is great for families and bigger groups. Its also a newer property so everything is nice a fresh! The kitchen was also well stocked.
The sofa beds are in the living room which makes them not that useful unless you want to be the last one awake and the first one up. The bedroom furniture is very big and takes up alot of room in already smaller rooms. I know most properties dont wash the comforters and bathroom rugs in between renters but the bathmats were visibly dirty and some of the quilts and comforters had stains on them.

The house is perfect for a family vacation. The kitchen and common space are very large and allows for the family to cook and just hang out together. The location is very close to the beach. Less than a five minute walk. Also a very quiet part of the beach.
