Dream Villa

非常に静かな村の中に建てられた大きなVILLAで本当のスリランカのホームステイを堪能する事ができる。 現地のスリランカ人ファミリーがホストファミリーとして運営しており、正に心のこもったサービスをしてくれる。 手料理の朝食、昼食、夕食全てが素晴らしく、量が食べきれない程多く、非常に繊細かつ奥行きのある味で、個人的には高級ホテル並み。宿泊するなら必ず食事もオーダーした方が良い。　 全員がリクエストするのは難しいとは思うが、アーリーチェックインや変則的な食事の時間にも対応してくれてとても感謝している。 ビーチは歩いて1分の距離で、歩いて10分程度の距離にATM、15分程度の距離に近代的な大きなスーパーマーケットもあり非常に便利なロケーション。共有スペースに設置された冷蔵庫に買ってきた物を入れる事ができるので、牛乳やスイーツを買い溜めしても安心。 70か国上訪問をしているが、これまでで最高の旅の一つとなった。来年の再訪を約束した。

場所が分かりにくいので、出発前にGoogle検索をして、Lakshawatta BeachのTop Secret Beach Hotelと打ち込むと分かりやすい。Secret Beach Hotelの同じ道で手前にある。トゥクトゥクやタクシーにもスクリーンショットをしたグーグルマップを見せてそう伝えると良い。

The hosts were able to arrange an early check in which was appreciated. Location is great, close to the beach on a quiet street and a little local shop across the street selling snacks and water was very convenient.

We stayed in the budget twin room and the bathroom was separate to the room, it was located across the passageway that is off a living area. The bathroom also had a large window that was open to an adjoining room with no glass, screen or sheet. That room also joined the communal kitchen. Was a bit weird being in the bathroom that joins another room and kitchen. The bathroom when wet also smelled. This information isn't in the description. The owner also did not have or offer change for payment, so make sure you have the right money for your stay. We also were not offered WiFi.

Sehr freundliche und zurückhaltende Gastgeberfamilie, es bleibt die Erinnerung an das Lächeln. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig. Besonders gefallen hat die Lage nahe am Black Sand Beach, der zu Spaziergängen einlädt. Ich werde zurückkommen und wieder in der Dream Villa unterkommen.
