Loved The way the owners kept the 1870 feel. The garden and outdoor decking area was gorgeous. Beds were super comfy and it had everything we needed.
The wood fire was frustrating- we could light it but maintaining it was difficult- it just kept going out no matter what we did. Might have been the wood though?

What a great cottage, as soon as you enter, it has a great feel to it. The bed was nice and comfortable. It was great to soak in the bath after a day of exploring. The cottage has everything you need . It’s close enough to main shops to walk to . We loved our stay and will be back

So charming. Lovely decor and setting. Terrific heating options for winter incl an open fire. Perfect getaway cottage.

We loved how cosy, relaxing and the peaceful vibe. Especially the fireplace after a day out. It was beautifully styled and had everything you needed for a relaxed getaway. Beds super comfortable and beautiful linen. Gorgeous kitchen. Cottage also super clean.
