Location is very good; the neighborhood is quite calm. The staff were amazing with a fast response to all our requests, and they were flexible and friendly. The apartment was spacious, and all necessary facilities were available. The Smart Big TV comes with Netflix, Shahid, and other apps.

The apartment looks older than it appears in the photos, but overall, it’s not bad. However, the price is quite high given its condition. The floors were covered in dust, and my baby’s socks got very dirty from walking around. The baby bed was suitable for a newborn, but it wasn’t safe for babies who are starting to move and walk. The water pressure in the shower is weak. The cleaning team was not very professional. Although the apartment initially seemed clean, the issue with the dirty floors returned shortly after they finished their work.

The location is very convenient. Zamalek has everything to offer! And safe! All the teams are very friendly

نظافة البنايه رديئه وخصوصا الأسانسير وخارج الشقه . صيانة المصعد رديئه جداً . لاتوجد خدمات للبنايه على الرغم من وجود بوابين اثنان
