Enjoyed my stay here, I find the units are well set up and the location is convenient for Kamala. Friendly staff who are easy to contact.

Personally, I think a soap and shampoo dispenser in the shower and perhaps some instant coffee would be welcome by most guests. They gave me the wrong room upon check-in but they moved my bags afterwards and sorted it out.

I really liked that accomodation, it was quite good room with nice view. I think you could not find any option better for this price. The room and bed was clean. I had everything i need. This is was my first day in Phuket and Paula sai and Uaaman helped me with everything i asked. Thank younfor this great experience.

These condominium city living style apartments are all over Phuket and offer a decent base for your stay. Having previously stayed at fantasea Kamala, I moved to Citygate. First off excellent communication throughout even allowing me to drop a large suitcase the day before my stay as my other place had messed a booking up. The whole place is amazing exactly like a city centre resort, 3 pools, pool bar roof bar. There are 5 buildings each named after a city, ironically I was in London.

Nice little apartments with everything you need, however unlike Fantasea condo which was half the price, there was no coffee machine, no tea or coffee in fact, no toiletries and no little extras. The tv in my room didn’t work, and the air con was leaking water, a tech was sent within half an hour, around 18.30pm who then spent a massive chunk of my evening (wanted to shower and change to go out) taking the said air con unit apart. There was also a glass lampshade missing from one of the hanging lights in the living room. There are a lot of rules, expected for this size of complex, but I wouldn’t expect to get a room where the basic checks hadn’t been completed before a customer checks in therefore wasting time and inconvenience having to sort it whilst there with the front door wide open! Had I not reported I would expect I would have been charged as per the fine paperwork. There is aircon is both the living room and bedroom. Both worked adequately until the tech came and mended the leaking one and knocked the other one out of sync. Also couldn’t sort the tv. Tech guy said he would return at 10am the following day (I’m only here for 3 nights) to sort the other stuff. But he didn’t come back and although I don’t really watch tv whilst on holiday it’s sometimes nice to have it on in the background. When you do book you will be added to a group WhatsApp chat to enable the good communication. My suitcase had been kindly bought to my room. For the cost of the apartment I’d have expected a lot more, I paid double fantasea and more than a bungalow on the beach with everything other than a kitchenette. From the photos and initial view it appears very fancy but when you’ve stayed a little while you will see the degradation around the place. It’s a strange concept as although there are staff on reception in the lobby areas they are nothing to do with your apartment and theirs an air of contempt if you dare to ask them where the roof top bar is lol.
