L’emplacement et la réactivité du propriétaire
Les procédures d’accès sont uniquement numériques et imposent tout le long du séjour d’avoir un smartphone connecté. Il faut également préciser que l’entrée en voiture à l’immeuble est très étroite et i malaisée. Deux salles de bain annoncées et une seule vraie salle de bain. Manque de vaisselle et casseroles. Les fenêtres dans les chambres sont inaccessibles, heureusement qu’il y avait un balai!

appartamento molto bello, su due piani a due passi da Piazza Castello. due camere, due bagni e un divano letto, noi ci siamo stati senza problemi in 6, è ideale per famiglie o gruppi numerosi davvero gentile il proprietario, che ci ha concesso l'uso del garage per lasciare le valigie oltre l'orario di check out. internet disponible e velocissima. tutto perfetto

Ottima la posizione e la disponibilità del gestore pur non avendolo mai incontrato, sempre reperibile e attento. La casa è molto bella e distribuita bene, ottima per quattro, noi eravamo in sei, giusta ma non ci possiamo comunque lamentare.
Sono presenti due bagni ma solo uno ha la doccia, in sei è un po' limitante. Da migliorare un po' la pulizia e la signora delle pulizie non molto cordiale.

Super Lage und trotzdem ruhig
Super Lage, Zentral aber ruhig und sehr hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Immer erreichbar und sehr freundlich. Betten sehr bequem. Check in hat gut geklappt und man bekommt ausführliche Instruktionen wo was zu finden ist
Eigentlich nichts zu bemengeln, außer dass der Abfluss des Handwaschbeckens in einem der Bäder etwas verstopft war aber das wollte der Gastgeber nach unserem Aufenthalt gleich beheben. Ein Geschirrhandtuch wäre auch nett gewesen
