Small room (good if you only bring backpacks or small luggage), but we knew that before. Not a fan of the shower (only top shower and sprinkles everywhere)

The main attraction of the apartment is the balcony with this amazing view. It was perfect to sit there in the morning or evening and relax. The rest of the apartment was very modern and clean

The apartment was quite small. We were 2 people with 2 suitcases and we had to jump over the suitcases to go from one side of the room to the other. However, we stayed for a small number of days so this wasn't a big problem for us.

Biggest plus was the staff and the host. They were extremely helpful and responsive to all the issues that arose. Even offering me free meals to compensate. Positive, warm, caring. Loved the restaurant staff. The location is ideal, the views from the terrace are beautiful, the room is small but cozy, the bed is very comfortable, the shower has strong pressure, everything is clean, big TV, heating and aircon, beautiful restaurant and very tasty food, the interior design of the property is picture perfect.

Unfortunately, I experienced everything that could go wrong, unlike what I saw in previews reviews. So, I do believe it was circunstancial, but I want to share it, to be transparent. Things they still need to solve: sewage smell that strongly comes into the room after you shower, and constant waves of sewage smell in the terrace (I wasn't able to enjoy it peacefully). This is a big deal for me, and completely ruins the experience. Things they solved while I was there: instructions and phone number was incorrect in the welcome email, so I couldn't get the key - luckily, they live right there, so he was able to open the door for me. WiFi didn't work for the first 4 days I was there, and I had to put pressure for them to solve this. Fire alarm went off at 11 pm, right on top of my head, and someone had to come in to take it away. My space was invaded by workers 3 days in a row, while they were fixing the wifi, sewage smell, shower (pressure and temp issue), and fire alarm. I wasn't able to rest. Honestly, it was exhausting, and not something one should deal with as a guest. But, they just updated many things in the property, and issues will arise. It's unfortunate I had to experience all of it. Roberto was very kind and acknowledged all the issues quite quickly. We came to an agreement to compensate for the trouble, which I'm very grateful for. I really do wish them the best, and hope they solve the smell issue. The property is beautiful.
