Located aloof from the crowded Mussorrie.

Washroom could be better, ceiling paint were chipped.

Beautiful location away from the maddening crowds of mussoorie. Good beds and all time hot water in room. Room had excellent insulated windows and balcony door and central heating inside which kept the cold firmly outside and made the room cosy. Staff were helpful and attentive.

Parking whilst free is a challenge as it is limited and on a slope. Access road to the property is also very narrow and unpaved for about a km. They keep playing music on the dining hall which also has a balcony which also has a large speaker. This balcony is over all the other balconies and the music from there comes down to you when you are sitting in your room balcony and is very annoying when all you want is peace and quiet. I asked them to switch it off once which they did but it was on for next time. If the management reads this, please remove that speaker from the dining balcony.

Wonderful location, somewhat secluded and surrounded by beautiful nature, yet easily accessible. The breakfast as amazing and the staff very helpful.

The view is beautiful, and the hotel is situated in a peaceful location away from the noise and crowds of Mall Road.

The location is peaceful and offers nice views, which is great if you're looking for a quiet stay. However, it is quite far from the main shops and attractions, and not really within comfortable walking distance. Transportation was also a challenge, as taxis often refused to accept rides to and from the hotel. The staff assisted us once in arranging a taxi, but it took nearly an hour to arrive and was quite expensive. The staff and management were generally friendly, although communication could sometimes be difficult. Most of the hotel managers spoke and understood English well, but there were language barriers with some of the other staff members. We also learned that if you want complete privacy and do not wish to be disturbed by housekeeping, you need to inform the hotel management directly, as the room's do-not-disturb switch did not seem to function effectively. Cleanliness was one of my biggest concerns. While the room itself was acceptable, it was a bit dusty, and I expected much better standards in the common areas. The restaurant windows and overall dining area did not appear particularly clean, which affected the dining experience. I also used the common washroom next to the restaurant and found it poorly maintained. The basin was covered with used tissues because there was no dustbin nearby, which did not leave a good impression. As for the food, we only tried the breakfast buffet, which was not really satisfactory. The selection was mainly Indian breakfast items, which is understandable, but the variety was quite limited compared to other 4-star hotels I have stayed at in India. In addition, there was no coffee machine available-only instant coffee sachets-which led us to go to Mall Road every day just to get a decent cup of coffee.
