GOod loacation for short stay in Bologna
We were tired. Big bed was really comfortable and I slept very well. Good places for dinner and breakfast were near by in few steps from the place.
Would be nice to get more clean room.

Ambiente non pulito/mancanza di set completo asciugamani e oltretutto vecchi Il lenzuolo del letto strappato Mancanza di acqua calda doccia fredda Tappetino del bagno sporco Polvere Nel piano di sopra mansarda su 6 lampadine ne funzionavano solo 2 Condizionatore non efficiente Infiltraziine d'acqua sul soffitto sopra il letto

Mucha suciedad, no teniamos agua caliente, no habia aire acondicionado ya que el anfitrión no nos dejo el mando del aire, tampoco habia has y no podiamos hacer de comer.

Esperienza pessima sotto ogni punto di vista Appartamento sporco al nostro arrivo, nonostante avessimo avvisato più volte. Il proprietario è totalmente irreperibile: abbiamo chiamato ripetutamente senza ricevere mai risposta. Come se non bastasse, l’acqua era fredda e nessuna assistenza ci è stata fornita. Servizio inesistente, gestione pessima. Sconsigliato.

La posizione
Solitamente sono una persona che si adegua senza problemi, questa volta però non sono affatto rimasta soddisfatta... Per cominciare siamo arrivati in struttura e non c'era carta igienica.. quando siamo andati a farci una doccia non c'era acqua calda...e per concludere l' aria condizionata non funzionava..e con il caldo di questi giorni direi che è stato veramente un problema.. Direi che c'è decisamente qualcosa da rivedere....

Bien ubicado aunque con algún inconveniente
La ubicación es céntrica.
No había agua caliente en la bañera y el calentador no era accesible ni había explicación de cómo acceder al agua caliente. También la bañera resbalaba mucho y podías hacerte daño, cómo nos pasó. El sofa y la cama pequeña eran incómodos, haría falta renovarlos. Si vas a estar una noche no podrás estar ni 24h, el check in es a las 15h y la salida a las 10h del día siguiente.
