- lokalizacja w cichej okolicy, tuż przy lesie, bardzo niedaleko wyciągu na Szrenicę - widok z balkonu petarda - parking podziemny w cenie - piękne mieszkanie, wyposażone idealnie, niczego nie brakowało
- wjazd do parkingu dość stromy, przy niskim zawieszeniu porysowanie podwozia gwarantowane - trafiliśmy miejsce na parterze, więc trochę mało światła dziennego
