Świetna lokalizacja, niedaleko plac zabaw, do centrum bardzo blisko. Pokój urządzony nowocześnie, bardzo czysto, wygodne łóżko. Na wielki plus aneks kuchenny w pokoju. Wszystkie potrzebne sprzęty dostępne, więc nie trzeba zabierać ze sobą (żelazko, suszarka, naczynia, worki na śmieci, papier...)
Kontakt elektryczny w łazience był zablokowany do użytku przez trochę ciasne umieszczenie przy nim szafki, co uniemożliwiało naładowanie szczoteczki, czy wyprostowanie włosów w łazience. Drugi minusik to zbyt duże przerwy między deskami na balkonie (sufit, podłoga), gdy siedzieliśmy tam z kawą, z góry sypały się paprochy, kiedy wychodzili sąsiedzi.
