Já me hospedei com o Matheus em duas ocasiões. Os apartamentos são muito bem localizados, em frente ao Parque Augusta, próximos de restaurantes, bares, mercadinhos, etc. O metrô está a uns 10 minutos a pé, subindo a Consolação. O terraço é excepcional, não usamos a piscina mas parece boa. É bem fácil de entrar com o código e tem portaria 24h. O prédio e a rua são bem movimentados. Matheus é bom anfitrião e responde rápido.
