The property was exactly as seen Room was clean, bathroom was clean, appliances worked. The breakfast was amazing. Best breakfast I had in all of Rwanda. On the day of my hike my breakfast was package nicely to go. The host was always available when I called for assistance and everyone else was kind

I had an issue locating the place But once I called, they responded swiftly and gave me/motor rider the directions to the place

De kamer is zeer mooi en het heeft een fijne keuken. De prijs is heel goed! Het is een stukje lopen van het centrum, maar de buurt is verder prima. Personeel heel aardig en het ontbijt is super.

The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and in a convenient location within easy reach of Volcanoes National Park. The standout, however, was the exceptional hospitality. Lillian was incredibly friendly, kind, and always went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable, well looked after, and that any requests were accommodated. She truly made our stay even more enjoyable. Jackie was also consistently responsive to our messages, always happy to help accommodate our needs, and ensured we had delicious meals throughout our stay. We also had excellent drivers for our airport transfers and transport to and from Volcanoes National Park, especially Robert and Seremani. They were friendly, kind, punctual, and always accommodating, making every journey smooth and stress-free.

Fans in the room could be useful to provide some air flow as we didn’t want to open the windows due to mosquitoes.

The breakfast was served early as requested (6am) and was good.

The bathroom was not as clean as expected. The host was told us she could facilitate excursions but the solutions she provided ended up being risky and resulted in consecutive delays in our schedule. We did not find it professional and felt disappointed.
