I booked FabHotel Bohra International, Jaipur for 4 days and 3 nights through Booking.com, after carefully reviewing all the details and amenities listed on the platform. Unfortunately, my actual experience was completely contrary to what was advertised, leading to significant disappointment and inconvenience.
Upon arrival, I was shocked to see that none of the facilities mentioned on Booking.com were provided. The room size was extremely small, and the bed was queen-sized, whereas the listing clearly mentioned a king-sized bed. Despite booking a Deluxe Room, basic toiletries were not provided at all. Even
Additionally, the photographs shown on the platform depicted spacious rooms with window, a sofa, tea table, and electric kettle, but none of these amenities were present. The bathroom was in very poor condition and had leakage issues, making the stay uncomfortable and unhygienic.
I immediately requested a room change or an upgrade, but the hotel manager refused outright, behaved aggressively, and spoke in a rude and unprofessional manner. I was asked to contact FabHotel support instead. However, when I tried reaching FabHotel customer care, the assistance number was non-functional, especially when selecting the option for help with an ongoing booking.
I then contacted Booking.com customer support. Although the executive understood my concern, I was kept on hold for over 30 minutes while she attempted to contact the hotel, after which the call was disconnected without any resolution or follow-up.
Since the entire payment had already been made, I had no option but to continue my stay, despite the distress and dissatisfaction. To add to the experience, when I ordered hot tea on the second day, it was served cold and of extremely poor quality.
On the last day of my stay, another family checked in and faced the same misleading issues, which clearly indicates that this is a recurring problem and not an isolated incident.

Horrible experience, the room looks like a B grade property, dented, stinking room, stained washroom, not at all what is showing in the pictures. The moment you enter any room all phone network vanishes and there WIFI also doesn't work which puts an alarm on your head about your safety. The staffs and the owner were also not at all friendly, we booked the room for 2 days but left within an hour of check in. They did not even refund a single penny on top charged us extra of 500 rupees for early check in. I have complained already to booking.com customer service. This type of hotels should not be a part of booking.com or Fab hotels.HORRIBLE TO THE CORE.

I liked nothing as I was denied stay. Very bad experience. I will never book this hotel again. They took some money (Rs. 768.00) in advance for booking. But they did not refund this money after denial of my stay.

I was denied stay at Fab Hotel Bohra International Jaipur. We are three guest/person, one guest was from Japan. But I was denied to stay despite showing the Passport of Japanese students in the hotel due to one foreigner (from Japan) with me. Foreigner was my student from Japan. At hotel I was told that they don't have C-form that is needed for the stay of foreigner. But on booking.com website, the hotel did not mention that foreigner is not allowed.
I suffered a lot despite arriving at hotel because no information was given on booking.com that Fabhotel does not allow a stay for foreigner.

The location of property is good because main market is nearby
Just a little piece of soap as toiletries. Bad parking. Pillow covers didn’t get changed the second day. Only two water bottles for entire stay.

It didn’t let international travellers stay so upon arrival we had no accommodation, so we stayed at fan hotel classic holidays- 1 room was covered in mould, the electrics blew, there was holes in the walls, the bed sheets were stained… you name something that could be wrong and this place had it… and then they over charged us

Worst experience I’ve ever had. There was nothing that I liked. They denied me check in even when i had a confirmed booking after paying the reservation charges. The hotel staff were very rude. I was almost going to report this to the police station but then they moved me to a staff room on the roof top. I had my mom with me and I couldn’t afford to randomly check for hotels in Jaipur in the rush time of Christmas. Next day they moved us to another toom where we couldn’t even walk. It was so tiny. The worst hotel experience I ever had and that too after paying a decent price.
Everything. The hotel staff could have been more human. Anyone else would have literally slapped them. Travelling so far from delhi for almost 7 hrs and being denied check in even after getting a confirmation from Fabhotel customer support team is literally pathetic. Would never use fabhotel again
