Once inside the flat was clean & quiet

The property was difficult to find as it was tucked away off the busy road, it would have been helpful to have clear instructions ( ie between the NISSAn Show room and the ….

Movement activate lights went on when moving in the bed, bathroom lights with a fan linked.

The accommodation kind of soured my experience in Aix.

Access to the property was very difficult. A real estate agent at the front of the building helped us get access. If it had been after hours we would not have been able to access. Overpriced minuscule room with terrible amenities. I will be very careful in future booking with private hosts.

Would not return, location too industrial and run down

Good bathroom, kitchen and clothes washing machine and car parking

Poor location in between car dealerships and ground floor one room studio. Could not sit outside or no privacy when blinds opened as opposite a car park. Tiny space for a couple.

Séjour agréable dans un joli studio non loin du centre ville

Le studio est très bien ,on voit qu'il a été bien rénové, L'immeuble est situé à environ 1,7 centre ville dans un endroit calme mais il ne faut pas craindre de marcher ,ce qui est notre cas ou peut-être prendre les transports publics qui passent à proximité

A notre arrivée nous avons eu une première impression pas très bonne car l'immeuble est un peu décrépi et les volets en fer en mauvais état ( heureusement qu'il y a un volet roulant en plus)

rez-de-chaussée dans un quartier sans charme et un peu peureux et donc on n'ose pas ouvrir les fenêtres pour des,problèmes de sécurité... matelas et oreillers passable

Excellent séjour rien à redire

Petit appartement refait à neuf, belles prestations et entièrement équipé. Rien à redire, emplacement idéal à 2 pas de Science Po et 15min maximum à pied du Centre Ville. Arrivée/Depart autonome, hôte très réactif, très bons échanges par message, instructions claires.

Die Einrichtung ist ok wenn auch unpraktisch. Nah an der Autobahn Ausfahrt. Zentrum zu Fuss leicht erreichbar.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im Parterre, in einem nicht sehr gepflegtes Gebäude zwischen zwei Autohändler und die Fenstertür öffnet auf die Zufahrtstrasse, der Fensterladen ist Renovierung bedürftig. Der Parkplatz vor der Fenstertür gehört nicht zur Wohnung. Die Tür befindet sich neben der Haupteingang vom Gebäude und dadurch ist es ziemlich laut.
