It was hard to really get anything closer to the downtown area in Aix and this was a pretty decent walk to the downtown area(about 20 minutes). There is a good little bakery nearby for breakfast and coffee. The parking was easy to navigate with a couple of options. Overall its a good place just not very scenic for sure but we knew that before the stay.
This place is pretty small space with very little to see so we kept the main door/window closed pretty much the whole time.
The random plant blocking most of one of the parking spots would be better if tamed a bit because one was pretty spiky.

The property was clean and spacious. The washing machine was super convenient and the host was very responsive and helpful.
Everything was great it’s just good to know it’s about a 15 minute walk to city center (which is also a pleasant walk so no issue)

The property was difficult to find as it was tucked away off the busy road, it would have been helpful to have clear instructions ( ie between the NISSAn Show room and the ….
