Basterebbe poco per migliorare
La posizione e la presenza del posto auto al coperto.
Il divano letto scomodissimo attaccato alla parete, il materasso era sfondato al centro. L'arredamento e le posate hanno visto tempi migliori. La mancanza di sapone o doccia schiuma in bagno. Gli asciugamani trovati nell' appartamento erano umidi. Un termosifone non funzionante.

Monolocale luminoso e centrale con posto auto in garage privato
La posizione ottima e il posto auto in garage compreso nel prezzo ,molto luminoso e silenzioso ,carina la vista sui tetti e su un lato delle montagne ,
Si tratta di un monolocale adatto a due coppie di persone con divani letto apribili ;penso sarebbe meglio cercare di mettere almeno un letto matrimoniale normale perché sarebbe più comodo ,

Ce logement très bien placé à distance confortable des commerces et restaurants de Courmayeur est douillet et dispose de tous les équipements dont on pourrait avoir besoin. La vue sur la montagne est sublime ! La salle de bain est grande et bien pensée. Nous étions 2 et c’était parfait. La place de garage privée et l’armoire à ski complètent les atouts. Un problème technique a été pris en charge aussi vite que possible. Notre hôte était très à l’écoute .
Le canapé lit pourrait bénéficier d’un changement de matelas il est légèrement déformé et grince un peu.

Forse in due persone non coppia si sta un po’ strettini ma gli spazi per gli abiti non mancano

Mauvais rapport qualité prix
Rapport qualité prix mauvais (300€ la nuit) pour une petite surface avec 2 sofas dans une seule pièce et absence de clim. Bruyant la nuit lors du passage des voitures dans la rue qui est pavée.
