2BD Garden Hideaway in Lewes

NO LIKE. The management of this apartment did not send me email with code, did not respond to my calls at all, neither that day nor next day. I called Booking.com, spoke to AI assistant and even a real person. I received a lot of phone numbers to call, emails to send my inquiry. No response from any of these phone numbers. It was terrible, frustrating, and hopeless. Bad, bad, bad. Three person, 77, 80 and 75 years old, were standing in front of the door hopeless. Booking.com should have its own emergency connection with facility management.

The house was nice.

A nice house is a good quiet location. Perfect for my wife and I.

Nothing of any significance

Close to park run, nice garden in sun, nice to find property in Lewes for wedding

Poor water pressure. The list of rules is very aggressively informed, an extremely long list. Hard to find - trees need cutting back as number from pavement not visible. No option to drop off bags early when requested as had a wedding to go to.

A few light bulbs had gone on arrival. Towels small and thin with bits coming off. No instructions how to use oven which was complicated. Bed very soft and looked as if it was a bed-settee. Housing estate location, which had not been clear before arrival.
