Casa Baroni

Casa Baroni is a house built in a traditional Istrian way, completely renovated in 2016. It is situated on the slopes of mountain Učka, in place Kožljak, distant 10 km from the first beach (Plomin Luka). This house offers to the guests tranquillity and pure relaxation on a 1000 sqm large property, where they have use of an outdoor pool of 24 sqm, sun chairs, lovely terrace in natural shade equipped with table and chairs for 6 guests, and two parking spaces. Nearby the house there is a ranch; first grocery shop and restaurant is 7km away. House itself has a living area of 130 sqm and it is laid out on two floors. On the ground floor there is new and fully equipped kitchen, separate living room and one separate toilet. In the mezzanine there is one spacious shower/toilet and on the first floor there are two lovely decorated and bright bedrooms. One bedroom is with a double bed and a nice view of the surrounding greenery, and one with a double bed and one extra sofa for two children. House is completely air conditioned. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under.
