In the outdoor area of the villa there is a private pool where you can refresh yourself on warm summer days or enjoy the summer breeze while relaxing on one of the sun loungers. In addition to a high-quality WEBER gas barbecue on the terrace in front of the house, there is an open charcoal barbecue with a shaded second outdoor seating area on the property. The living area of the Istrian stone villa with its rustic charm is spread over two floors and offers space for a total of six people in three bedrooms. The living and dining area with kitchen and a separate WC are located on the ground floor. There are three cosy bedrooms and two bathrooms on this floor. Villa Kozljak is the ideal place to get away from it all and spend an unforgettable holiday in the beautiful Uka Nature Park in the small village of Kozljak. The impressive landscape of the Uka is particularly easy to explore on foot or by mountain bike. The picturesque old town of Labin, situated on a hill, is only 15 minutes away by car. If you prefer something a little more lively, visit the coastal town of Rabac, which is popular in summer and offers a variety of restaurants, cafés and shops. The nearest beaches can be reached by car in just ten to 20 minutes. The crystal-clear Adriatic Sea and the clean pebble and rocky beaches make for a unique bathing experience. We recommend a trip to fashionable Opatija in the north of Kvarner Bay - the pearl of the Adriatic and the cradle of Croatian tourism. Magnificent villas and impressive parks await you, as well as the popular 12-kilometre-long Lungomare coastal promenade. Villa Kozljak is an ideal base for exploring the nature and culture of Istria all year round.
