On the second floor there are 3 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and TV. For all the foodies out there, an important piece of information would be that you can prepare delicious meals on the outdoor barbecue and enjoy them on the shaded terrace. The villa has a private pool from which you can enjoy breathtaking views of the surrounding area. If you get carried away by the stars or the beautiful blue sky, the greenery and the Adriatic Sea, don't worry, you're on holiday and there's no rush. Those who like to stay active on their holidays will love the fact that the villa also offers bicycles, table tennis and mini golf. There is also a playground for your children. This large and beautiful villa is located near the town of Moenika Draga on the Adriatic Sea near the beach in Kvarner Bay, close to Opatija. Moenika Draga is located at the foot of Mount Uka and was founded as a fishing village. Today Moenika Draga is known for its beautiful 2 km long pebble beach called Sipar and a small marina. small marina. Here you can experience the Mediterranean atmosphere and beauty.
