This stone house was carefully built in 2012 and is located at the end of the village of Baldaši near Vižinada, not far from the tourist town of Poreč. The villa is located in an elevated site with its own garden and parking for five cars. Mediterranean plants and fragrant lavender feature in the carefully designed garden. Villa Baldaši is the holder of ECO DOMUS and BIKE and BED certificates and consists of three separate accommodation units. The name and style of the decoration of each were given by the plants of the climate - ULIKA, BRNISTRA and LAVENDER. The villa has an outdoor swimming pool with hydromassage, hot tub, children's playground with swing, trampoline and slide, a terrace with dining facilities and barbecue. The villa for 14 guests with in total 220 sqm consists of: The first unit on two levels – on the ground floor there's an open plan living/dining room with kitchen and table for 6 guests, a bathroom with a shower, one bedroom for two with French bed. On the first floor there are two bedrooms for two, one with a bathroom with shower and one with a bath with Jacuzzi. The second unit has all rooms located on the ground floor – living/dining room with kitchen, table for 4 guests and sofa, two bedrooms for two, one with a French bed and one with separate beds, a bathroom with a shower. The third unit, also on two levels, consists of two bedrooms for two with a shower/toilet and terrace. The bedroom on the ground floor has a French bed and satellite TV, while the one on the first floor has two separate beds and panoramic view. Additional services (possible with surcharge) such as a sunset ride with speedboats, swimming or snorkelling in the water of Poreč, personalized bicycle tours along the winding route of Parenzana with a visit to Grožnjan and Motovun, enable a stronger discovery of the charm of nature and the diversity of the Istrian environment. For lovers of gastronomy, with a surcharge, in addition to a healthy breakfast, you can experience the joint preparation of a fish and Istrian menu, taste the most famous wines of Vižinada, and get to know the specialties of Istrian olive oils.
