Villa Sunrise is a modern ground-floor holiday home in the small settlement Stinjan, near Pula and Fazana, only 1 km from well-kept beaches and long walks by the sea. For all gourmets there are some excellent restaurants, wine and olive oil roads nearby. In the village itself there is a bakery, grocery store, pizzeria, tennis court and a café. This part of Istria is known for various events throughout the season. The holiday house is located on partly fenced property of 300 sqm with an outdoor swimming pool of 32 sqm, covered terrace with table and chairs, outdoor kitchen, barbecue and two parking spaces. Villa Sunrise has a living area of 78 sqm and with its nice decorated space it offers the guests a comfortable stay in the fully equipped kitchen, dining room and living room with access to the terrace and to the swimming pool, two comfortable bedrooms and two shower/toilets. The bedrooms have satellite TV and air conditioning. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under.
