Fantastic

The host was waiting for us, showed us the room, gave us the key and the bottle of wine as a welcome present. The room (and the villa itself) was impecably clean. There was air conditioning, towels, a hairdryer. The kitchenette equipment was ok, we managed to cook tasty food, but if there had been a bigger frying pan and a bigger pan it would have made the cooking easier. The beach is 15-minute walk from the villa, which is not far and one can easily reach the sea on foot. The bus stop is just three minutes away. The host will gladly give you all the information about the neighbourhood and the attractions.

Very small frying pan, no kitchen towel, no washing machine and dishwasher. But if you want an accommodation with more and better conviniences, you have to pay more.

AVOID!

AVOID IF POSSIBLE. THE HOST IS A STALKER - We had a really bad experience with the host. He came into the bedroom several times without knocking on the door, in one instance he even came into the bathroom when one of my friends was showering and the rest of the group was not in the room! He also used to sneak behind us while we were arriving and observed what we were doing. He had cameras everywhere and one time that we called him up because he was following us he decided to instal more cameras. It was creepy and weird. It made our stay very very bad. We were a relatively big group and we never trashed anything or had any parties or anything bad, we actually were almost never there. He had NO reason to "check" on us in any way.

SUPER URLAUB!!!

Wir waren in den Pfingstferien 2025 in Kroatien, Villa Bubi und hatten einen super Urlaub! Ich möchte besonders betonen, wie sauber unser Zimmer und die gesamte Anlage ist! Top gepflegt!!!Das ist mir sehr wichtig. Das erste Mal sind wir mit unserem Hund verreist und es hat alles super gekappt. Hundestrand ist gleich in der Nähe (ca. 300-400m), er hat sich auch wohl gefühlt. Der gesamte Strandabschnitt war wunderschön und zu Fuß gleich erreichbar. Die Lage von Villa Bubi ist daher TOP! Strandnah, in der Nähe von Pula und Fazana. Die Gastgeberin, Katharina ist unglaubich gastfreundlich, hilfsbereit und immer gut gelaunt! Sie hat uns so herzlich empfangen, als würde Sie uns seit Jahren kennen! Ich kann dieses Appartment guten gewissens weiter empfehlen und wir werden sicherlich wiederkommen! DANKE Katharina!

Ottima accoglienza. Katarina gentile e disponibile...super donna ci ha accolto con un bel sorriso. Appartamento grande, pulito con una grande terrazza dove cenare vista mare. Bottiglia di vino in omaggio. A pochi passi dal campeggio Brioni.

Prelep ,sasvim nov ,udoban apartman blizu mora , sa funkcionalnom kuhinjom opremljenom u potpunosti Apartman je smesten u mirnoj ulici ,tako da se buka automobila ne čuje.Besplatan parking.Katarina vas doceka sirokim osmehom i tu je za svoje goste uvek dostupna.Mogu samo da ocenim desetkom i da se zahvalim na gostoprimstvu.Nadam se da cemo se ponovo videti.
